Non-public tutor arrested in reference to alleged sexual assaults

York Regional Police have arrested a 67-year-old non-public tutor in reference to the alleged sexual assault of three kids in Richmond Hill.

In mid-November, police mentioned they’d acquired experiences from two units of oldsters whose kids alleged being sexually assaulted throughout non-public tutoring periods. He faces costs of three counts of sexual assault and three counts of sexual interference.

Martin Smith is scheduled to look earlier than the Ontario Court docket of Justice in Newmarket on Dec. 20.
